Data protection is treated confidentially and your trust in us is principal. We respect your personal circumstances and your rights to privacy. MedAgent AG, Artherstrasse 25, CH-6405 Immensee (hereinafter referred to as ‚MedAgent‚ or ‚we‚) is responsible, as operator of personal data protection as per data protection laws, which we treat with utmost respect.

This general data protection statement (hereinafter referred to as ‚statement‚) discloses the ways and means how we process your personal data. We are primarily subject to the Swiss data protection act (DSG). Furthermore, we are subject to data protection acts in other countries wherein we operate. For inquiries concerning data protection we are available under datenschutz@happysmile.swiss as well as our contacts on the imprint.

Our website can principally be viewed without any registration. Accessed information, such as the requested page, respectively the name, date and time of the requested file will be stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this information being directly linked to you as an individual. Personal data, specifically name, address or E-Mail address will be recorded on an optional basis, where possible.

For the provision and display of website contents we use various providers such as BootstrapCDN (https://www.bootstrapcdn.com), Google Fonts (https://www.fonts.google.com) und jsDelivr (https://www.jsdelivr.com). Information on data protection can be accessed through the respective websites.

Furthermore, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service, provided by Google Inc. (‚Google‘). Google uses Cookies for this purpose. The information generated by the cookie referring your use of the website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google will use this information upon demand to evaluate the use of our website offer, compiling reports on the activity within this website offer and providing others with the use of this online service and internet usage as well as the rendering of affiliated internet usage provided by us. Processed data can create a pseudonymised user profile.

We use Google Analytics only in co-operation with activated IP-Anonymisation. This ensures that IP-addresses of the user will only be processed as a shortened version by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other treaty states across the European economic area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will not disclose the users browser IP address in association with any other Google data.
